在文明6中，运动的公式不同于文明5，它会导致运动损失。

为了弥补这一损失，我为所有单位增加了一个动作。

这将使文明6的缓慢移动更快

In Civilization 6, the formula of the movement is different from that of Civilization 5 and it cause movement loss.

To compensate for this loss, I added one more movement to all units. 

This will make the slow movement of Civilization 6 faster
