Got Lakes? Quench your thirst for exploration with this incredibly random map script! Choose from 18 landmasses, 13 climates, 6 mountain patterns, 4 river patterns, 7 extras, and 2 world wraps (global vs regional), or go completely random and surprise yourself with over 78,000 possible combinations!

Additional Options
Ageless Hills: if enabled, World Age will no longer affect hills
No Coastal Ice: if enabled, removes all ice adjacent to non-water tiles
No Coastal Mountains: if enabled, replaces all coastal mountains with hills
No Grassland Jungles: if enabled, replaces all grassland under jungles with plains, just like the base game. (New!)
No Plains Marsh: if enabled, replaces all plains under marsh with grassland, just like the base game. (New!)
No Reefs: if enabled, removes all non-wonder reefs from a Rise and Fall map
Scrambled Land Luxuries: if enabled, luxuries may appear in unexpected places

Got Lakes is caught up to the following Civ VI patch: 7/19/2018
Compatible with the following:
Civ VI Vanilla
Civ VI R&F
Resource mods such as Truly Abundant Resources, Resourceful, and Sukritact's Resources
Custom map sizes such as YnAMP and Larger Map Sizes (*)
Custom starts for city states such as YnAMP cultural starts and Caps Lock (**)
Custom frequency of natural wonders
Custom goody huts and goody hut placement
(*)Custom-size maps will always wrap east-west regardless of the user's World Wrap selection. However, the World Wrap option can still toggle latitude bands.
(**)Got Lakes has its own start positioner for major civs, so mods to major civ placement will have no effect.
NOT compatible with the following:
Custom multi-tile natural wonders will likely conflict with Got Lakes' bug-fixes to prevent the base game's multi-tile wonders from crashing regional maps. Unfortunately this means that you probably need to disable these mods in order to run Got Lakes.
"Guaranteed Circumnavigation": mods that try to do this will have no effect. Instead, try adjusting Sea Level and using the No Coastal Ice and No Coastal Mountains checkboxes.
Ice Removal: mods that try to do this will have no effect. Use the No Coastal Ice checkbox if you want to remove coastal ice.

If you think you've found a bug, let me know and I'll see if I can fix it in the next version of Got Lakes!
---Installation---
Via Steam:
Log into Steam.
Go to the Got Lakes workshop page for Civilization 6: teamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=916614621
Subscribe to Got Lakes by clicking Subscribe
Start/Restart Civilization VI and from the main menu, navigate to Additional Content
Enable the Community Created Content checkbox and look for Got Lakes Map Script. If you don't see it, you might have to restart Civ VI.
Enable Got Lakes Map Script by selecting Got Lakes Map Script and then clicking the Enable button.
At this point, you are good to go! Now "Got Lakes?" will appear as a map type when you create a new game.
Via Zip File (Civ Fanatics direct download):
Download Got Lakes Map Script (zip file) from Civ Fanatics.
Unzip the file. You should see a folder called Got Lakes Map Script that contains a few files.
Move the above-mentioned folder to your mods folder. For example, the mods folder on Windows is typically at C:\Users\<user>\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Mods.
Start/Restart Civilization VI and from the main menu, navigate to Additional Content
Enable the Community Created Content checkbox and look for Got Lakes Map Script. If you don't see it, you might have to restart Civ VI.
Enable Got Lakes Map Script by selecting Got Lakes Map Script and then clicking the Enable button.
At this point, you are good to go! Now "Got Lakes?" will appear as a map type when you create a new game.
