Extract the archive into your C:\...\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Mods folder

Go to the game's main menu's "additional content" option and check the box to enable this mod.

This is a very basic mod that enables you to use builder charges to build farms on tundra, and later on tundra hills with the civil engineering civic.

This mod is aimed at synergizing with Russia's unique components.

For the record, it took longer to put together the .modinfo without the SDK than the actual gameinfo code.
