A glow in the dark map available in 10 different levels of "glow". Based off of the glow in the dark poster map included in the power armor edition of Fallout 76.

You will need to provide you own tool to add the textures to the game such as Baka File Tool

Or you can do it yourself manually by

1. make a backup of the Fallout76\Data\SeventySix - Textures05.ba2 archive

2. extract the archive to view the files. You will need a program such as B#A#E

3. replace the papermap_city_d.dds file with this one

4. re-pack the archive
