INSTRUCTIONS

1. Extract the mod files anywhere (you may delete them at the end)

2. Install / Set Up Voice Attack:

2.1. Download and install Voice Attack

2.2. Run Voice Attack as an administrator (right-click program, click "Run as Administrator")

2.7. Select "Yes" to overwrite conflicting commands

2.9. Disable the keyboard, mouse, and game controller icons to the right (note the game controller is called "joystick" in the commands window).

2.10. Hover over the headset icon to confirm it says "Listening"

2.11 Select "Active Window" from the Target window

3. Backup and overwrite ControlMap_Custom.txt (usually in Users\[your username]\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76) with the ControlMap_Custom.txt in the mod archive.

4. Set Up Fallout 76:

4.1. Run Fallout 76

4.2. Make sure that your display settings are:

4#2#1. At 16x9 and in 1080P or a multiplier thereof

4#2#2. Fullscreen

4.3. Restart Fallout 76 if required

5. Play Fallout 76 and test the commands. Be careful not to speak to slowly or to quickly, and speak as clearly as possible.

6. Some commands may click your screen in the wrong area (for instance, the emotes are in the default location so if you purchased emotes from the Atom Shop the commands will click the wrong area). To correct this:

6.1. Click the Windows key to minimize the game window

6.2. Pull up VoiceAttack

6.3. Select the icon to the right of the profile

6.4. Double-click the command (for example "Anger")

6.5. Double-click the coordinates entry (example "Move mouse cursor to screen coordinates (863, 716)")

6.6. Click "Set Position"

6.7. Alt-Tab back to the game and place your cursor where the emote is.

6.8. Click F8.

6.9. Alt-Tab to VoiceAttack's "Capture Mouse Position" window and click OK to save the new coordinates.
