To INSTALL download reshade 3.11 or whatever the current version is gonna be at the time of you downloading at ReShade's Official Webpage and from then on install it in your game folder (you will be asked to select a game when you open the ReShade setup, so choose SkyrimSE.exe from your game folder and select Direct3D 10+ and then it will download the shaders and everything will be placed in that game folder. Afterwards download the rar from this page's "files" section and copy and replace the contents into the same game folder. When you start the game, press Shift+F2 to open the ReShade menu and choose the "immersive_and_detailed_skyrim.ini" preset.

If you want to remove the border, you can just toggle it with Numpad0.
