INSTALL GUIDE: 

Open "OpenIV" 

Navigate to 

x64v.rpf/ models/ cdimage/ streamed_players.rpf/ Player_one 

Take The "Uppr_000_r.ydd" and delete the old one 

you will lose the 

undershirt for franklin if you dont want that, make a backup 

it will not work if you dont do it 

When you have replace that drag and drop the files from the "Supreme hoodie" into and boom you have supreme hoodies
