This mod adds a home for your character.

The house is located by the river, near the entrance to the South Brittleshin Pass.

The house is equipped with:

Outside: anvil, whetstone, workbench and 1 chest.

Inside: Pot, 2 beds,  arcane enchanter,  alchemy lab, 3 mannequins, 4 chests, 2 small. and 2 bol. showcases, racks and stands for weapons.

Requirements:

Skyrim SE 1#5#39.0.8 or higher.

Installation:

Place the contents of the Data folder in the archive into the Data folder in the game, activate.

Possible problems:

1. Sometimes it is impossible to pick up one-handed weapons from the stand hanging on the wall > To pick up write in the console "tcl"  and try to pick up the sword on the other side of the wall. I tried to fix it, but alas ...

2. Some weapons are not properly hanging on the rack.
