4.save and replace it

1. Start OpenIV 

2. Go to: GTA V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday16ng\dlc#rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles#rpf 

3. Enable Edit Mode and replace the downloaded YFT/YTD files
