On Character creation or loading the first time with the DynamicPowers installed you will be asked to pick from a list of dynamic powers.
Each power will make the entire play through feel more rewarding and different as the skills all scale with the characters stat investment or
overall level.
Reightous Fire
Casts a Cloak dealing fire damage to nearby enemys within the players area of effect.
This power scales with the characters Health investment. Also applys a degeneration effect to Health.
Cant have a weapon Equiped.
ShockingTempest
Casts a Cloak dealing Lightning damage to nearby enemys within the players are of effect.
This power scales with the characters Health and Magicka investment. Also applys a degeneration effect to Health and Magicka.
Cant have a weapon Equiped.
ArcticBlizzard
Casts a Cloak dealing Cold damage to nearby enemys within the players area of effect.
This power scales with the characters Health and Stamina. Also applys a degeneration effect to the casters Health and Stamina.
Cant have a weapon Equipped.
ForceGrowth
Applies a base regeneration effect to Health, Magicka, and Stamina which scales with its respective stat investment.
Also reserves 30 percent of Health, Magicka, and Stamina.
SwiftFury
Buffs Players Movementspeed, AttackSpeed, Carryweight, and shoots a energy beam on weapon/unarmed attack that cost 10 magicka per swing . Scales with stamina. Also applys a degeneration effect to Health.
SacrificialKnowledge
Fortifies Illusion, Alteration, Destruction, Conjuration, and Restoration by 50 percent and Reserves 30 percent of the casters max health. Also Adds Sacrificial Knowledge spell, this spell Inflicts increasingly more damage based on all the previously mentioned skills current level.
LoathBane
LoathBane Dagger is a weapon that cannot be unequipped. The player casts 3 spells on critical strike (FireBolt, IceSpear, and LightningBolt). Critical strike chance and weapon speed scale with the players level.
DivineBarrage
Gives the Player a infinite amount of arrows and fires two arrows simultaneously. Grants an additinal arrow starting at level 10 and every 20 levels after that up to lvl 90 (Can be used with any bow)
MoltenBash
cast balls of molten to the ground exploding on impact on shield bash. This skill scales with the players level, increasing the amount of molten balls and damage.
UndyingHope
Adds 3 different summon-able minions spells that scale with the players level when the Undying Hope staff Is Equipped

Reworked the DivineBarrage power it now ignites undead, daedra, vamps, and were factions with divine flame. also added a stamina cost of 20 for the additional arrows to fire

This mod is compatible with every mod! I did all my testing on a heavily modded skyrim
The only issue that i found was with Character Creation Overhaul.
when creating a new character the Character Creation Overhauls menu could overlap with dynamic powers menu if to much time is spent
in the Character Creation Overhaul menu.
other than that small issue, everything works as intended.
