Simply put this mod adds the ability to craft lockpicks without the need for any perks in Smithing, useful for thieves and mages in particular, all recipes require 1 Iron Ingot but the yield will change depending upon your Lockpicking perks. You will require the Novice Locks perk to begin crafting lockpicks and the yield values and perk requirements are as follows;

Novice Locks: 10 Lockpicks

Apprentice Locks: 15 Lockpicks

Adept Locks: 20 Lockpicks

Expert Locks: 25 Lockpicks

Master Locks: 30 Lockpicks

Compatibility: From testing I know that this is definitely compatible with Vokrii - Minimalistic Perks of Skyrim.  

It should also be compatible with any mods that have lockpicking crafting as part of a broader package though you'll likely get both the recipe from this mod and the one from the other mod you are using in the menu.
