添加一些调整到“天启 - 魔法天际”

添加的xivilai召唤法术，以更好地适应他们的“如果我能背叛，我必须”的心态。

变更清单：

Xivilai Sorcerer现在散发出60英尺的光环，每秒向他们的敌人消耗10点魔法和耐力，每秒向他们的盟友消耗5点。

Xivilai Lords现在辐射出一个80英尺的光环，可以将魔法和物理抗性分别降低100％和200点给他们的敌人，并将50％和100点降低到他们的盟友身上。

Add some tweaks to the xivilai summoning spells added by "Apocalypse - Magic Of Skyrim" to better fit their "If I can betray, I must" mentality.

List of changes:

Xivilai Sorcerer now radiate a 60 ft aura that will drain 10 points of magicka and stamina per second to their enemies, and 5 points per second to their allies.

Xivilai Lords now radiate a 80 ft aura that reduces magic and physical resistance by respectively 100% and 200 points to their enemies and by 50% and 100 points to their allies.

both debuffs to allies aren't flagged as hostiles, so your followers won't instantly turn hostile to them as soon as they are summoned. Unless...Well read below.

Lastly, when either a summoned Xivilai Sorcerer or Lord fall below 50% health, each subsequent hit has a 20% chance of frenzying them, turning them against you (and your followers, the town guards, the town folks and that courier who saw you summoning litteral demons to fight a legendary dragon, which seems like a somewhat dangerous situation, but nevertheless, this letter about the new museum in Dawnstar must be delivered now ) and thus doubling the magnitude of their debuffing aura.
